Carolyn Bond, RN FNP

A native of Chicago, Illinois, Carolyn has lived in Lebanon for 25 years. Carolyn earned her Registered Nurse degree in 2002 and subsequently earned her Master’s in Nursing in 2006 from Tennessee State University. Carolyn has been a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner for the last 15 years. Carolyn’s experience in critical care and long-term care equips her with the knowledge and skills to deliver the highest quality outcomes for our residents. In her downtime, Carolyn enjoys watching her three children compete in sports.
